Systemic attitude.

According to the systemic understanding, humans are always to be viewed as biological and social beings. The systemic perspective - here related to a system, a constellation of people (in the environment of a certain person) - therefore shifts the dynamic interaction between the biological and psychological properties on the one hand and the social living conditions on the other into the focus of attention, around the individual and his performance impairment to understand adequately. She meets people with an attitude of respect, impartiality, interest and appreciation of previous actions and life strategies. A constructive, optimistic, pragmatic attitude, a voluntary intellectual attitude of openness towards foreignness is important. A look at the system connections suggests that the behavior in question should not simply be related to the "full person". Instead, the focus is on that and how people react in their intertwined relationships and create free space. In a word: Systemic thinking shifts the gaze from the linear-analytical style of thinking to a holistic view. Instead of isolating sections of reality, it focuses on complex relationships and interactions in systems.
