General Terms and Conditions.

  1. Participation in this bike tour requires personal contact and cannot be booked directly. If you are interested, the organizer can be contacted directly using the contact form or by phone. The contract for the implementation of the bike tour is only concluded when the organizer confirms.
  2. The booked service covers the organization (planned design) and implementation (practical feasibility) of the respective bike tour for the purpose of stress regulation. The bike tour is carried out exclusively with bicycles that have a supporting electric drive with a built-in electric motor (eTREKKING bikes).
  3. The organizer has the right to exclude individual participants from participation who are drunk or who are under the influence or abuse of drugs and / or medication when starting the bike tour. There is an alcohol limit of 0.0 per mille. Participation in the bike tour is limited to people over the age of 25. We would be happy to advise people with limited mobility on personal contact with a bike tour that has been organized and carried out especially for them.
  4. The agreed price is to be paid no later than 7 calendar days before the agreed date by transfer to the following bank account:
    Berliner Volksbank eG, Perner, Olaf / SyBiLLE, IBAN: DE96 1009 0000 5743 6240 00, BIC: BEVODEBBXXX. In order to reduce the administrative burden, no confirmations are sent for incoming payments.
  5. Organizer liability
    a. The organizer is only liable for damage to the participants if he or his vicarious agents acted with intent or gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply in the event of damage to life, body or health or in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Contractual obligations of the organizer are considered essential in this sense, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the participants trust and may trust.
    b. All participants are obliged to observe all instructions from the organizer and / or his cooperation partner on handling rented and / or company bicycles. A corresponding briefing of all participants, which requires a signature, takes place before the start of the bike tour.
    c. The organizer urgently advises all participants to wear a suitable bicycle helmet during the bike tour. Such helmets can be rented together with the bike from the cooperation partner of the organizer before starting the bike tour. If a participant takes part in the bike tour without a suitable bicycle helmet, this justifies contributory negligence on the part of the participant in the event that damage occurs due to not wearing a suitable bicycle helmet.
    d. The organizer strongly advises all participants to wear the equipment and clothing (dress code) recommended on their website during the bike tour.
  6. The bike tour is of course an event, the implementation of which (practical feasibility) depends on the weather conditions. Therefore, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booked bike tour due to the expected weather on the day of the event. The same applies in the event that the organizer cannot organize and carry out the bike tour due to illness (illness) or injury. The organizer will declare such a cancellation to the participant's contact at the latest 24 hours before the start of the booked bike tour. If the booked bike tour is canceled, the participants can either request a reimbursement of the fee already paid or agree an alternative date with the organizer. There is no possibility of cancellation by the organizer if the organizer is responsible for the impediment to performance.
  7. If the booked bike tour is canceled by participants before the start, the following provisions apply to the fee: In the event of cancellation up to four weeks before the start of the bike tour, 40 percent of the fee. In the event of cancellation up to one week before the start of the bike tour, 80 percent of the fee. Cancellation is not possible in the last 24 hours. There are no refunds for parts of the programm that have not been used. The canceling participant has the option of proving in individual cases that the organizer has suffered little or no damage from the cancellation.
  8. The participants are obliged to handle the bicycle itself with the same care employed with sensitive electronic units or devices. To ensure that it functions properly, please do not subject it to extreme conditions (temperatures, moisture, increased weight).
  9. The organizer urgently advises all participants to read the instructions carefully before using the bicycle and obtain information about the most important functions of the bicycle (cycling with electric push) from the bicycle dealer before starting the bicycle tour.
  10. The organizer urgently advises all participants that – after consultation with the organizer – all privately brought bicycles with them (cycling with electric push) must be in perfect technical condition at the beginning of the bike tour. Defective bicycles are not allowed for the bike tour. Any legal claims cannot be derived from faulty, incomplete or non-performed maintenance work. This also extends to the conversion or structural changes to the electrical drive.
  11. This contractual relationship and any communication with the participants during the term of the contract shall be conducted in German, alternatively – without claim – also English. English-speaking escort on the bike tour can be booked through the organizer for an additional fee.
